While most of the milk production takes place in the south-east other animal products such as “cheese” is produced around Australia creating new employment across the nation.
This course will offer students an insight into the dairy industry in Australia. Learn about the production of milk, the primary duty of a dairy farmer, looking after cows and the land, onsite safety & farm management.
